Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM & Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please confirm with the villa management in advance.
Please maintain the cleanliness and integrity of all villa facilities. It is prohibited to take any villa property outside the villa area. Report any damage or loss of items as soon as possible.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the villa. The maximum number of guests allowed is according to the villa's capacity. Any additional guests not listed must get approval from villa management.
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the villa or at night. It is not allowed to bring or use firearms, explosives, or other hazardous materials within the villa.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. A designated smoking area is provided outside. Trash must be disposed of in the bins provided. Do not flush non-degradable items down the toilet.
Please reduce noise after 10:00 PM to respect the neighbors. Large parties are not allowed without the villa management’s permission. Use outdoor facilities such as the pool responsibly and safely.
Pets are not allowed unless with special permission from villa management. If allowed, please ensure pets do not damage villa facilities and maintain cleanliness.
Emergency contact numbers are available in the villa guidebook. Follow the villa's evacuation procedures in case of emergencies like fire or natural disasters.
Cancellation
Payment must be made according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee as per villa policy.
